An invasion of ‘dinosaurs’ is heading to Bristol this October, when Jurassic Encounter stops off in the city on a UK tour. More than 50 animatronic creatures from the Jurassic, Triassic and Cretaceous periods will make an appearance.
Roaring into Ashton Court on October 15, the event will feature two life-sized T-Rex beasts, which roar and snarl at passers by. Other family favourites include Pterosaurs that shriek from the trees and a 15m tall Brachiosaurus guarding her eggs.
Subject to site permission and licensing, the event will be open from October 15 - October 30, with the exception of October 17 and 18. It promises to make for the perfect pre-Halloween scare-fest, with dino-lovers from all over the West Country expected to make the journey to Bristol.
