The organisers of a string of events at the recently opened Junction 1 venue have been accused of withholding refunds from customers and ignoring calls for action.
Junction 1 was launched in June 2021 as an eco-friendly multipurpose event space within Morris Park Complex. As well as booking a number of acts including Rudimental, Hot Chip and Jungle for standalone shows, the venue was set to host its first Junction 1 Summer Festival in July.
The event was thrown into chaos after organisers axed Saturday's main stage line-up at the last minute. A statement at the time blamed 'technical issues beyond the artists and festival's control' for the problems.

Those who had bought tickets for Saturday were told that they could attend Sunday's event for free but that refunds would also be issued.
Months later, disgruntled ticketholders are still waiting for refunds and are facing a wall of silence from organisers.
One customer attended the venue on Saturday only to be met with the sight of the main stage being disassembled. The staff there told him the tickets would be refunded but months later he's still waiting on his £90 to be returned.
But after sending numerous emails to their customer service address, he is yet to hear anything back or receive his money.
He told Glasgow Live: "After the fiasco with the Saturday main stage, I was sent an email saying they'd be in touch soon but if I wanted I could go on the Sunday - which I didn't.
"I've emailed them four times now to no response. I've now raised a dispute with my bank to see if they can get the money back on my behalf and will be reporting them to Trading Standards because this isn't the first dealing I've had with the organisers.
"At a time when the cost of living has gone up, stealing people's hard-earned money just isn't on."
Paul Moran and his wife had tickets to see TLC in July at Junction 1 but the show was eventually cancelled. He has still yet to receive a refund.
He said: "We bought tickets in good faith for TLC only for it to be cancelled and despite numerous attempts to get a refund that we are entitled to, we have been met with silence. I find this not only ignorant but extremely frustrating, especially during the current cost of living crisis.
"My wife and I are both nurses who work hard and are finding it increasingly difficult to afford such events. So to have it cancelled and then have requests for a refund ignored is frankly disrespectful."
Another concerned ticketholder said: "In my friendship group there is over £1,000 of tickets from Playground Festival that organisers agreed to honour at this year's event that they are refusing to reply to us about.
"I don't know anyone who is getting a reply from them about ticket honouring or refunds."
Junction 1 owners ran into difficulty following the festival after locals complained to Glasgow City Council about the noise levels.
An 'urgent meeting' was held with the council and Junction 1 chiefs about noise complaints and breach of licensing conditions leading to the local authority taking the decision to ban the use of the main stage.
The venue was allowed to continue operating with events to be held in 'the smaller garden and an indoor area'.
A spokesperson for Junction 1 said: "To date, over 85% of refunds have already been processed and the outstanding refunds will be completed shortly. Please contact your ticketing provider and they will respond to everyone in due course. We would like to sincerely apologise to any of our customers who have experienced a delay."
