Julia Stiles, 40, has announced the birth of her second child.
The Hollywood actress took to Instagram to share the wonderful news with her fans.
"Welcome to the world, Baby Arlo! The newest addition to our family, reminding me how infinite love can be," the star captioned an adorable shot of her newborn baby.
The star - best known for her roles in 10 Things I Hate About You and Save The Last Dance - also shared an hilarious insight into how her eldest child is processing a new sibling.
"Scroll Forward to see how my 4 year old is taking it…" Julia included in her caption when sharing the news.
While the first image in the post displayed newborn Arlo swaddled in a blanket - with his tiny feet on display - the second was a lot less picturesque.
Julia's eldest child had clearly got creative with the bathroom decor - with an image of a toilet covered in red writing and paper strewn everywhere the second picture in question.
Julia has been married to camera assistant Preston J. Cook since 2017 - after first meeting on the set of the film Blackway.
The happy couple are already parents to four-year-old Strummer Newcomb Cook.
Sharing the news of the birth of her first child at the time, Julia thanked the "doctors, nurses and staff at Mount Sinai" for helping bring "utter joy" into her family’s life.
Julia announced she was expecting her second child last year - cradling her visible bump while attending a special screening of A24's The Humans in November.
In 2017 - shortly after becoming a mother for the first time - Julia hit back at those who 'mum shame'.
After sharing what she thought was a sweet photo of herself and her newborn baby, the actress was met with unsolicited advice about how she was holding her then five-week-old child.
"It was brought to my attention that in the previous photo I am not holding my baby correctly. Wow, I didn’t expect that," Julia hit back with in an additional post in December 2017.
"What was supposed to be a shout out of products I like suddenly becomes an invitation to comment on my baby, and my ability as a mother. That’s the internet for you, the carnivorous plant from Little Shop of Horrors."
She added: "I was trying to keep as much of my son’s image private, including, I guess, his little feet. And it was just a photo taken at home, not how I normally carry him around. Thanks for the concern, anyway."
Julia and Preston welcomed Strummer into the world just weeks after the actress has jokingly referred to as a "shotgun wedding".
The new parents first started dating in 2015, with Preston popping the question in December of the same year.
The following year, Julia admitted in an interview with Kelly Ripa that the proposal had been a complete surprise.
"We had had a conversation waiting for an elevator one day, where he was randomly like, out of nowhere, 'With jewelry, you don’t really wear silver or platinum. You’re more into gold'," the Golden Globe nominee revealed.
"And then I went, ‘What is up with this conversation?’"
