"Bleeding heart judges" who don't impose sentences in line with community expectations could face the sack if One Nation gains a foothold in a state government.

Judges were put on notice during a radio interview in which federal One Nation Leader Pauline Hanson called on Victorian Opposition Leader Jess Wilson to "get rid of the arrogance" ahead of the November state election.
