A lucky Leeds street has woken up as winners of the People’s Postcode Lottery daily jackpot. Winners were announced this morning (Wednesday).
People living in Midgley Road, in Ilkley, LS29 7NJ, were one of 20 streets that have won up to £3,000.
Players, who have to pay a £10 monthly subscription free for a ticket, are in for a chance to win the prize everyday.

If they play with one ticket, they are in for a chance to win a £1,000 jackpot prize but this doubles to £2,000 if they play with two tickets or triple to £3,000 if they play with three.
However, they can also win £30,000 every Saturday and Sunday.
At least a third of the revenue from ticket sales goes directly to charities and players of People’s Postcode Lottery have raised over £900m to date for thousands of good causes in Britain and beyond.
The Postcode Lottery says: "Players sign up with their postcode and pay £10 per month. They are automatically entered into every draw and prizes are announced every day of the month."
