Celtic defender Josip Juranovic is reportedly closing in on a £7million move to Serie A side Monza.
The 27-year-old Croatian has been linked with the likes of Barcelona and Chelsea but a move to the Silvio Berlusconi-backed side is racing forward. The World Cup hero is poised to join Monza on an initial loan deal with a deferred payment rubber-stamped for the summer – according to the Daily Mail.
Juranovic came off the bench against Rangers last week but endured a torrid afternoon playing at left-back in place of Greg Taylor. And that appearance appears likely to be his last in green and white.

The right-back has turned heads at Parkhead with his rampaging displays earning acclaim as he thrived under Ange Postecoglou's stewardship. Juranovic joined from Legia Warsaw in 2021 and is now nearing a move to Italy, reports The Daily Record.
Celtic future-proofed Juranovic's departure with the capture of Alistair Johnston – with the former Montreal man already establishing himself in Postecoglou's starting XI.
