This Morning's Josie Gibson literally stopped traffic during a hilarious segment dressed as a stop sign during the ITV daytime show's giveaway.
Competition presenter Josie, 36, appeared on screens with her face painted red and white before being encased in a card board cut out stop sign.
The sight left many viewers bemused before co-star Dermot O'Leary let slip Josie was also feeling worse for wear.
During the live link from the This Morning studio Dermot probed the competition presenter about her previous night's antics with Alison Hammond.
Completing the link, Alison said: "Could you be a thousand pounds richer? Well hopefully you will be with our Josie rocking up on your door step."
The camera then swapped to a street view as Alison shouting 'Morning Josie" with viewers caught the first glimpse of Josie wearing the questionable costume for the Dosh On Your Doorstep competition.
She was seen approached a car saying: "Stop, excuse me! As she pretended to be interrupted by the link before telling the presenters in the studio. Sorry, I was just practising my sign language."
Dermott then told her: "A little birdie told me your doing it all with a hangover because you had quite a night with her (Alison) last night.
Josie responded after fits of loud laughter saying: "Don't tell everyone."
But Alison let slip: "She sent me to bed, then carried on partying.
Not to be outdone on the puns, Josie continued: "All the signs were there it was gonna be a good night," as she pointed to the road sign with both arms.
Alison and Josie have been friends for years and Josie has been a competition presenter on This Morning since 2019, with the pair possibly sharing the same fun-loving look on life.
The pair also spent Christmas day together this year together with Josie's children.
Josie has proved a hit with This Morning viewers after stepping in to co-host the show on a number of occasions due to various absences and holiday cover.
Since becoming a stand in studio presenter on the show Josie and Alison's friendship has become more apparent which means viewers often get more insight into each other's out of work behaviour.
A source exclusively told OK!: "ITV have been investing a lot of time in Josie’s development, they see her as a real star of the future.
"Just like Alison Hammond before her they think she has the personality and talent to take on a more leading role on the show."
