Hong Kong pro-democracy activist Joshua Wong has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to collude with foreign forces, leaving him facing a maximum sentence of life imprisonment under the city's National Security Law.
According to reports, the 29-year-old entered his plea at Hong Kong's High Court on Wednesday, 2 September, in his second major national security case. Sentencing has not yet taken place.
