Josh Kroenke was spotted in the crowd on Thursday night as Arsenal beat FC Zurich 1-0 to secure top spot in their Europa League group and safe passage through to the Round of 16.
As a director of the club, there is every chance that he was just in the crowd in order to watch his team in what was a crucial European fixture. However, with the January transfer window coming up, it is likely that he will have been engaged in talks with Edu and Mikel Arteta with regards to the upcoming January transfer window.
While there is a chance of players leaving, fans will be far more excited to see which players could be lined up to bolster the Gunners as they embark on a title charge following the conclusion of the World Cup in December. According to the Telegraph, plans have already been devised for the winter as the Gunners target a winger.

Here, we take a look at three names which may have been discussed on Kroenke's visit:
Facundo Torres
This week has seen rumours intensifying with regards to a move for Facundo Torres, with the Orlando City forward who has enjoyed a positive campaign in the MLS, with nine goals and eight assists.
Multiple sources have confirmed the Gunners' interest in the Uruguayan, with his availability on lower wages and transfer fee than other players like Mykhaylo Mudryk a huge plus for Kroenke and the rest of the Gunners hierarchy.
In addition to this, the player's agent has confirmed the interest and with Kroenke having business interests in the US, it could make sense for the player to be targeted given his star quality in the MLS,
Wilfried Zaha
The Crystal Palace winger is a player who has been consistently linked with a move to one of Europe's big clubs, with an impressive record in South London with Crystal Palace. However, now appears to be the best time to make a move happen for the winger who will have just six months left on his contract in January as he enters his thirties this month.
He will not be at the World Cup as Ivory Coast failed to qualify, meaning that he will be fresh and raring to go in January to continue the form which has seen him bag five goals in 11 Premier League games so far this season.
His addition would provide depth on the left wing for Gabriel Martinelli, with Emile Smith Rowe's injury problems in recent months. In addition, his experience in a central role means he could also provide extra competition for Gabriel Jesus, who has now not scored in eight games for the Gunners and may need more of a threat than Eddie Nketiah to take his place in Arsenal's starting XI.
Youri Tielemans
Talk of a Tielemans transfer to Arsenal does not go away, and with the Leicester City and Belgium midfielder entering the final six months of his deal in the East Midlands there is a stronger chance than ever that he might finally make a move.
The Gunners' lack of depth in midfield has been highlighted by injury to Mohamed Elneny in the early parts of this season. However, with Thomas Partey and Granit Xhaka forming an excellent double pivot so far this season there may be a challenge for the less defensively solid Tielemans to break into the XI.
However, his pedigree is undeniable, with his winning goal in the 2021 FA Cup Final a career highlight worthy of any player. With his future uncertain, now could be the time to pounce on a cut-price deal.
