Josh Cullen and Katie McCabe have been crowned FAI Senior Men and Women's ‘Player of the Year’.
Burnley midfielder Cullen has become a mainstay in the midfield engine room for his club and country.
Ireland legend Paul McGrath presented him with the award - for the 2021 calendar year - at a special function at the team hotel last night.
The Boys in Green are in Dublin preparing for Thursday’s friendly clash with Norway at Aviva Stadium before facing Malta away on Sunday.
McCabe scooped the Women's award after leading Ireland to World Cup qualification in Australia and New Zealand next year.
She said: "It's a big honour for me personally to be in amongst the names that have won the award."
Southampton goalkeeper Gavin Bazunu has been named FAI Young Player of the Year while Conor Coventry lifted the men’s Under-21 Player of the Year award.
