Josh Bell made a memorable debut for the Arizona Diamondbacks by hitting home runs from both sides of the plate in a thrilling 9-8 victory over the Pittsburgh Pirates. Bell, who was acquired from the Miami Marlins earlier in the week, showcased his power with a historic blast off Aroldis Chapman's 102.9 mph sinker, marking the fastest pitch hit for a home run since ball tracking began in 2008.

Despite blowing a five-run lead, the Diamondbacks rallied back with Geraldo Perdomo delivering a crucial go-ahead double in the eighth inning. Ketel Marte also had a standout performance, hitting two home runs in the game, including a pivotal shot in the ninth inning.
