Josef Fritzl's move to regular prison overturned by Austrian court after outcry

An Austrian court has overturned a lower court's ruling that 88-year-old incestuous rapist Josef Fritzl should be transferred to regular prison from a prison psychiatric unit.

The case has been sent back to the lower court for a new decision, it was announced on Monday.
