Chelsea midfielder Jorginho could move to any of five Serie A clubs this summer according to his agent while the likes of Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain also remain interested in the Italian.
Jorginho has been an integral part of Thomas Tuchel's side over the last 13 months, helping the Blues to the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and Club World Cup, as well as reaching finals of the FA Cup and Carabao Cup. But come the summer, the 30-year-old will have just one year remaining on his contract at Stamford Bridge, potentially marking the last chance the club will have to cash-in.
Given his age, club policy dictates that a new long-term deal will likely not come the player's way either. Along with the uncertainty surrounding Stamford Bridge, this means that Jorginho may well be on his way once the summer transfer window opens.

The regista's agent, Joao Santos, has spoken before about his client's future, suggesting that a return to Italy is inevitable. Speaking back in September, he told Radio Bianconera : “He has a contract with Chelsea until [June] 2023. Obviously, it would be a dream for him to return to Italy, hopefully after winning the World Cup.
“In the past, when [Maurizio] Sarri was the coach, there was a possibility that Jorginho would come to Juventus,” Santos added. “The Juventus director made an approach, it was a possibility."
Sarri brought Jorginho to Stamford Bridge when he was appointed manager in west London in 2018. After a tough period during the Italian's reign, with many viewing him as a favourite of Sarri's, he slowly started to assert himself on the side and has now made 179 appearances for the club.
But as the international break rolls around, Jorginho's agent has once again been speaking to the press, this time talking up his client's chances of finding a new club in the summer. "Playing in Serie A is a dream for him and his heart remains here," Santos told Tuttomercatoweb.
"As things stand today, he could play for four or five clubs: Milan, Inter, Juve, Roma or Napoli. There are many clubs interested in him. In the past I spoke to PSG, Barcelona and also Milan's Ricky Massara. I don't know if the Rossoneri are still interested, though.
The fact remains, we can't do anything now because Chelsea are not allowed to sell, buy or renew contracts. Jorginho has a contract until June 2023, after the World Cup we'll see about working on a renewal."
