Jorgie Porter has jokingly asked her fans to wish her and her parter 'luck' as they tackled one of their first big challenges since becoming parents. The Hollyoaks actress welcomed a baby boy with her fiancé Ollie Piotrowski back in November.
The couple, who got engaged in 2021, announced they were expecting their first child together in June last year in an adorable video on Instagram. And the joyous announcement came just months after Jorgie tragically suffered a miscarriage with quadruplets at 14 weeks.
Since her baby boy's safe arrival into the world, Jorgie has been sharing her journey as a first-time mum with her newborn son. Last month, the soap star, who plays Theresa McQueen in the Channel 4 soap, dazzled as she returned to work. She didn't say what she was working on but shared a short video clip on Instagram of herself walking through Manchester city centre with a film crew.

The 35-year-old actress captioned the clip: "Work work work" and exclaimed: "I'm back ..." and she added with a nervous emoji: "Wish me luck!" Jorgie looked sensational, smiling as she walked along in the sunshine in a black puffer jacket, with her blonde hair worn in waves. She added fluttery lashes and a glossy pink lip colour for a glam look.
Jorgie later shared more details as she revealed Forest had joined her on her first project after giving birth, and said he had been a "dream." "So I’ve been a little quieter this week because I’m back at it," she wrote with snaps of her breasfeeding her son in a store during an "emergency pit stop feed" as a "working mama."
First project since the little man made his arrival. Not gunna lie, I was a little worried before I started this, wondering if this was the right time, but honestly I’ve loved it! Lucky enough to be able to bring Forest along for the ride (with help obvs ) and he’s been a dreammmmmmm. Now for an emergency pit stop feed before we head home #firsttimemum #workingmama."
But it's not all work and no play as Jorgie and Ollie have decided to jet off on their first getaway as a family of three. Posting a selfie on Instagram of herself, her husband-to-be and their baby boy, the soap star said: "It’s just too cold… see you later Manchester." She then said: "First family holiday, definitely packed wayyyyy to much stuff but pretty sure I’ve forgotten something too," before adding: "Wish us luck."
Hollyoaks co-star Jessica Fox, who announced the arrival of her first child this week, was among the first to respond, writing: "Amazing! Have the best time." Chelcee Healey, who plays Goldie McQueen in the soap, simply penned: "Enjoy," with a red heart while former Hollyoaks star Jazz Franks, who is expecting her first child, added: "Have the best time."
And fans were also quick to say the same. @asbodders said: "Good luck!! We just got back from ours." @xxkellylouise_78xx commented: "Have a wonderful time hunnie." @theashkumar laughed: "As long as u didn’t forget a child your good. Have fun guys and girls." @rayray7528 added: "Hope you guys have the best time! Such a cute family."
Offering an update, Jorgie shared a video to her Instagram Story in which you could hear Ollie laughing at his partner as he filmed her trying to keep Forest entertained as they waited for their flight. The new mum could be seen with a pair of her son's trousers slung over her head as she played peek-a-boo.
Her baby boy could be seen gazing up at his mum as he sported he other half of his blue outfit while laying on a yellow spotted blanket. "I mean... how else do you keep a baby entertained at an airport," Jorigie penned with a crying laughing emoji. She then added: "I think Oliie's finding it much funnier than Forest."
But the trio did eventually make it onto the plane with Jorgie posting a little video of them ready in their seats. "And we're off," she wrote alongside a plane emoji.
