UFC star Jorge Masvidal has made the shocking claim that if he were to ever fight Conor McGregor, he would 'break his face' and 'give everything to kill' The Notorious.
McGregor and Masvidal are no strangers to each other. They often take shots at one another online, but Masvidal has now taken the trash talk to a whole new level.
He said: “He (McGregor) is false.
"He knows that I am a man who hits hard and that I come to kill. I do not come to hug in the cage. I am going to give everything inside me to kill him.
"I have a little size but he is still a little boy. I would love to fight at 170 pounds. But I don’t wait for anyone.
"If he wants to do it, I’ll break his face. If he doesn’t want to do it, let someone come next.
Both Masvidal and McGregor haven't fought inside the UFC octagon for a while. 'Gamebred' last fought in March, which was his first fight in nearly a year, and is currently on a three fight losing streak after decision defeats to Kamaru Usman and Colby Covington, along with a KO loss to Usman in their rematch.
McGregor on the other hand, hasn't fought since last July when he suffered a horrific leg injury in his trilogy bout with Dustin Poirier. Just a few days ago, McGregor took in the Monaco Grand Prix and gave an update on how far along he is in his recovery.
He said: "The body's doing good. I'm out here with my full team.
"Obviously I'm enjoying the Monaco Grand Prix then after that we're going to up the training bit by bit.
"I should be able to kick now, I have another CT scan in the coming days and then I'll be clear to kick.
"Once I can kick and grapple I'll be back in in no time.
"Boxing training is going well, strength training and that's all. I'm excited to get back."
