After Packers quarterback Jordan Love went down in Week 1, Green Bay has started former Titans quarterback Malik Willis the past two games. The biggest unknown heading into Sunday for Minnesota was who would start behind center for the Packers.
Love, who has been rehabbing from an MCL sprain, appears to be trending in the right direction for Sunday. Jonathan Jones with CBS Sports tells fans we might have to wait until game time to see who starts for Green Bay, but Packers’ beat writer Matt Schneidman believes Love will start.
“I don’t think we’ll see Willis on Sunday, though, since Jordan Love should be back.”
Love has been a limited participant the past couple of days in practice, and with a divisional game about to take place, Love will likely give it a go if healthy enough. The Vikings just got done playing both Brock Purdy and C.J. Stroud the past two weeks, and Brian Flores knows a thing or two about preparing against the better quarterbacks in the NFL.
