Jordan Henderson has hailed the impact Luis Diaz has had on the Liverpool side since his arrival from Porto.
The Reds swooped to secure the signature of Diaz at the end of January after he was the subject of a bid from Tottenham Hotspur in the final days of the winter transfer window.
The 25-year-old has signed a five-and-a-half-year contract with Liverpool and the fee for him could rise to as much as £49m if potential add-ons are triggered during his time at Anfield.
And since his signing, the Colombian has impressed in Jurgen Klopp’s side, fitting into the front three with ease.

“He’s hit the ground running. He’s been fantastic. He was immense in the [Carabao Cup] final and again today brilliant,” said Henderson.
"He’s fit straight in, pressing and winning the ball high up the pitch.”
The Liverpool captain was speaking after his side’s 1-0 win over West Ham United at Anfield on Saturday night.
Sadio Mane’s first-half goal was enough for the Reds, who have again moved just three points behind Premier League leaders Manchester City.
“It was always going to be a tough game. West Ham are a good team and made life difficult,” Henderson told Match of the Day after the game.
“We were prepared for that. It was tough but I’m pleased with the way we reacted. We got a clean sheet, which is important and got the three points which is the main thing.
“(Manuel) Lanzini had great chance, but we had chances as well in the first half. So there were chances at both ends.
“We dominated the ball for large parts and towards the end we had to grind it out."
