Jordan Henderson entered the Liverpool record books as the first captain to lift six different trophies.
The FA Cup was the only piece of silverware that alluded the midfielder after winning the Premier League, Champions League, Carabao Cup, UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup.
But after the Reds' heroics at Wembley, as they beat Chelsea in a penalty shootout, Henderson completed the sweep becoming the first man to lift six different trophies as skipper.
Kostas Tsimikas scored the winning spot-kick after it finished 0-0 after 90 minutes and extra time as Chelsea suffered the same fate they did in the Carabao Cup Final.
The quadruple is still not out of the question with a Champions League final coming at the end of the month, while being three points behind Manchester City in the Premier League.
Henderson reckons Liverpool got "the rub of the green" as he paid tribute to shootout heroes Tsimikas and Alisson. He said: "Good two teams going at it. We kept going. In Extra time, both times tired and thankfully we got the rub of the green.
"Tsimikas been good on penalties. We’ve been practising them and I was full of confidence when he stepped up."
On Alisson's performance, he added: '"Not enough good words. Incredible. Everything. His all-round personality in the dressing room."
Jurgen Klopp hailed his "mentality monsters" for dealing with several setbacks in the game as Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah went off injured.
The German also felt sorry for Thomas Tuchel's men for losing a final on penalties on two occasions this season.

He said: "Outstanding, it was an incredible, intense game against Chelsea – they would have deserved it [the win] exactly the same way, like in the Carabao Cup – that’s how small the margins are.
"I couldn’t be more proud of my boys, the shift they put in, how hard they fought, early changes. All of these things, missing good chances, overcoming good moments from Chelsea, then having really good moments ourselves.
"Then in the penalty shootout, it was nerve-racking, my nails are gone but I really feel for Chelsea – for the second time, 120 minutes and you get nothing, that’s too hard. But for us I’m pretty happy.
"We are mentality monsters but there were mentality monsters in blue as well – it was one penalty. Chelsea played outstanding but in the end there must be one winner and that was us today."
