Jordan Banjo has showcased his impressive weight loss journey, and told fans he is still shocked when he looks back on his transformation.
The Diversity dancer, 29, took to Instagram to share some before-and-after snaps of himself, and explained how getting his "mindset right" helped him achieve his current physique.
Jordan's social media update comes just days after the new co-host of BBC's Eat Well For Less revealed he once feared for his future with Diversity after their Britain's Got Talent win in 2009, after doctors told the then-teenager he was "morbidly obese'.
In the snap shared to his 550,000 followers on Friday, Jordan can be seen looking larger than he currently is now in one shot - with the second image in the side-by-side post showcasing his current lean look.
"Still shocks me when I see this," the dancer began in his reflective caption.
"Way less dancing, no diet structure and a lack of motivation had me how I was in the first pic! But getting the mindset right and having a focus which was getting ready for tour has me where I am now."
He added: "Random I know but thought I’d share because looking at those pics next to each other just gave me a shock."
"Nice bro," former X Factor contestant Jack Quickenden commented underneath the impressive update, while boxing promoter Eddie Hearn wrote: "Easy done mate! Congrats on the get back!"
Reality TV star Rykard Jenkins pointed out that the star looked fine in the 'before' picture, telling Jordan: "You look hench on the left though bro, but either way more life."
Earlier this month, Jordan opened up about his health scare at the age of 16, shortly after his dance group Diversity were crowned champions of Britain's Got Talent 13 years ago.
Speaking with MyLondon, the presenter explained how all members of the dance troupe would have "medicals and stuff" after finding fame on the ITV show.
"We had to have medicals and stuff, and when the doctor tells you at 16, you’re a teenager your confidence is a bit all over the place anyway. It's like 'Look I'm gonna level with you'," he recalled.
"Hearing it as a medical term makes it even scarier, 'Look you are morbidly obese, you either start making some serious lifestyle changes or you’re gonna have some serious health problems'. You hear that at 16 and it’s like 'Woah'."
Jordan went on to explain how he was motivated by his career to lose weight, not aesthetic reasons.
"It was about being in a happier, healthier place for me and that’s what kickstarted it," he added, when discussed his lifestyle changes from over a decade ago.
Jordan is currently touring again with Diversity on their Connected 2022 tour, in addition to recently being announced the new co-host of BBC's Eat Well For Less.
