Jonas Brothers enjoy ‘celebratory pint’ in London as Joe reveals he’s not a fan of Wetherspoons

The Jonas Brothers have been settling into London life ahead of their sold-out Royal Albert Hall show by wetting their whistle in one of the city’s watering holes.

The band, who are playing the venue on Friday for one night only, took to TikTok to document their time in the capital and brought fans along for a pint before they recorded an episode of YouTube series, Chicken Shop Date with Amelia Dimoldenberg.

Not only were they preparing for an afternoon of filming, but the trio were also looking for a “celebratory pint” after discovering that their New York show had sold out.

Joe, 33, began the social media post by musing over what their drink of choice would be, with friend Greg Garbowsky taking the lead and revealing he would be ordering a pint of Guinness.

Kevin, 35, however was more indecisive and admitted he wasn’t sure while Nick, 30, opted for a pint of Camden Hells larger.

Although Kevin chimed in that they liked Neck Oil IPA, he insisted: “Hells for the boys!”

Not one to be out done, Joe then quipped: “Baby Guinness anyone?”, which is a shot made with coffee liqueur and Irish cream, not stout despite the name.

Joe’s video comes after he revealed what he really thought of Wetherspoons while chatting to Jamie Theakston and Zoe Hardman on Tuesday’s Heart Breakfast.

The topic of the British pub chain came up as he compared an American eatery Waffle House was to the hotspot.

But when he was asked what he thought of Wetherspoon, Jonas hilariously responded: “Uhm, I liked other places… Let’s just say it wouldn’t be my first go-to.

“Uhm, yeah but you know, for us growing up when we were touring in the States, we were too young to have a pint after the show and kick it with our friends so we would go to the only place open late which was a Waffle House.

“They serve breakfast items all day and we would sit there and talk, and it became more of this safe place for us, so there’s other places like that for anyone in the world.”

His comments come after he was spotted enjoying a meal at posh Mayfair eatery Scott’s with his wife, actress Sophie Turner.
