A nurse was suspended from the register after putting patients' safety at potential risk in several incidents.
Boguslawa Zofia Bator was working as a nurse at Cochrane Care Home in Johnstone when the incidents occurred between January 2020 and April 2020.
She was given a suspension order for a period of six months by the Nursing and Midwifery Council and an interim suspension for 18 months.

The incidents she was charged with included preparing to administer a morphine dose to a care resident that was 10mg instead of the prescribed 2mg.
She was also found to have failed to check a resident's oxygen saturation level or recognise and act on their "end of life agitation", and failed to check another resident for injuries after they fell on the floor.
Miss Bator also failed to take a blood pressure reading and used an armpit-only thermometer in the ear of another resident. She was additionally found to have made clinical entries that were not understandable.
The report reads: "The panel finds that patients were put at risk and could have been caused physical and emotional harm as a result of Miss Bator’s misconduct. Miss Bator’s misconduct had breached the fundamental tenets of the nursing profession and therefore brought its reputation into disrepute.
Regarding insight, the panel considered that there is no information before it to suggest that Miss Bator has any insight into her actions.
"The panel considered that Miss Bator was provided with opportunities whilst working at the Home to show insight into her actions and to improve upon them, however, this did not happen, and the concerns continued.
"The panel noted that there is no further information following her employment at the Home from Miss Bator to show evidence of insight into her actions."
Ms Bator resigned from her position in April 2020 and was not present at the hearing, stating that she has retired and does not intend to return to her job.
In an email sent in December 2022, she said: "I am retired now and I’m not working as a nurse or thinking of coming back to this job, the hearing will be in the end of January but I will not attend the video call thank so much have a good evening."
