A mum from Johnstone says shedding an astounding five stone has "changed her life".

Debbie Gilmour, 30, revealed that both her physical and mental state has improved since shifting the weight.

The mum-of-five joined her local Slimming World last year after she was told by doctors that she couldn't receive surgery on her foot because her BMI was too high, reports the Paisley Daily Express.
