Morgan Tremaine, a former employee of entertainment website TMZ, took the witness stand to testify in Johnny Depp's defamation trial against Amber Heard.

Tremaine, who was a former field assignment manager with the news agency, testified that he dispatched photographers to get pictures of Amber Heard leaving a courtroom back in 2016, after receiving a 'tip off'.
