John Swinney heading to London to renew agreement with City Corporation

John Swinney will be told that Edinburgh and London must keep their “door open” to each other amid growing geoeconomic competition, as he signs a renewed agreement with the City Corporation.

The First Minister is visiting London on Monday, where he will take part in a Burns Night dinner with the Lady Mayor Dame Susan Langley at Mansion House.
