John Lewis has launched it's iconic Christmas advert for 2022 and it has left plenty of people in tears after a touching late twist with a skateboard.

The Beginner - set to a piano version of Blink 182's All the Small Things by US artist Mike Geier - starts with a man as he struggles to learn how to skateboard in the build-up to Christmas.

We then see him painfully fall off on multiple occasions and even watch videos of tricks while in his day job in an office.
