Rams first-round pick Jared Verse appeared on Bobby Brown III’s Instagram story donning a Boston College sweatshirt in what appears to be the result of a bet between Verse and Boston College alum John Johnson III.
Verse, a graduate of Florida State, wore the Eagles hoodie with pride in the Rams locker room to the amusement of Johnson and now all of social media.
On Monday, former Texans head coach Bill O’Brien led the Boston College Eagles to a dominant 28-13 victory over the Seminoles in Tallahassee.
While Verse was the subject of jokes and friendly ridicule, it does seem fellow FSU alum Braden Fiske was able to escape the defeat unharmed.
