John Caldwell: Further arrest in attempted murder case

A fifteenth person has been arrested as part of the investigation into the attempted murder of senior PSNI officer John Caldwell.

A 47-year-old man was arrested on Thursday under Section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000. He was arrested following the search of a property in the Coalisland area, and has been taken to Musgrave Serious Crime Suite for questioning.

A 60-year-old man was also arrested in the Belfast area on Thursday in connection with the investigation but he has since been released following questioning.
