Liverpool defender Joel Matip has been rewarded for his recent stellar performances after being shortlisted for the Premier League Player of the Month award.
The Cameroonian international made four Premier League appearances during February, a run of games in which the Reds won all four of the matches they played, conceding just once.
Matip also scored against Leeds United in a thumping 6-0 win at Anfield last week.
He also found the net in Sunday's Carabao Cup final against Chelsea at Wembley but the goal was ruled out for an offside infringement by VAR.
