Joe Gelhardt stunned his Sunderland team-mates in training by scoring an extraordinary overhead kick.
Sunderland posted the footage on their official Twitter account, after Gelhardt acrobatically dispatched the ball into the far corner from former Leeds winger Jack Clarke's chipped cross.
The Leeds loanee will be hoping to translate that type of quality into the coming games for Sunderland after a turbulent start to life at the Stadium of Light.

Gelhardt has been tasked with leading the line for Sunderland after top goal scorer Ross Stewart was ruled out for the rest of the season with an Achilles injury in February.
Stewart had bagged 10 goals in 13 games in the Championship, and Gelhardt has struggled to fill the void in his absence, scoring just once and contributing two assists in 10 games for the Black Cats.
Sunderland have seen their play-off push derailed in recent weeks, with Tony Mowbray's side collecting just one win from seven in the Championship. The Black Cats currently sit seven points adrift of the top six and face Championship leaders Burnley at Turf Moor upon their return from the international break on Friday night.
