Joe Duffy' Liveline has lost 3,000 listeners, according to new radio figures.
Stats from the latest Joint National Listenership Report (JNLR) book show a significant drop in listenership for the RTE Radio 1 call-in show for the second time this year.
Liveline also suffered major loses of listenership in 2021 when the number tuning out of the show reported to be 58,000. 78.6 per cent of all adults in Ireland, or 3.19 million listeners aged 15-plus, tune into radio everyday for an average of four hours, the report found.

The majority of Radio 1’s weekday shows saw an increase in listenership. News at One jumped by 1,000, and popular weekend hosts such as Miriam O'Callaghan and Brendan O'Connor continue to draw listeners.
Peter Woods, Head of RTE Radio 1 said: "We're delighted to see that morning programmes in Radio 1 continue to break new ground in attracting listenership. Brendan O'Connor and Miriam O'Callaghan dominate listening on weekends and there is recognition too here for the wider cultural footprint of this station."
Other Irish radio stations saw a jump in numbers such as Newstalk, whose breakfast shows gained 5,000 listeners, bringing it to 146,000. Meanwhile, Pat Kenny's show was down 2,000 to 184,000.
Gavan Reilly's On the Record saw a major jump of 17,000 new listeners.
Managing Editor of Newstalk, Patricia Monahan, commented: "It is fantastic to see continued and consistent growth across the station and to achieve another milestone for Newstalk of 7.2% market share. It is particularly encouraging to see strong growth in the 20 – 44 age group and all programmes across weekday and weekends having impact."
Today FM also has cause for celebration, with Ian Dempsey having 200,000 listeners at breakfast.
