Joe Buck, Troy Aikman Subtly Roasted Jets, NFL During Boring First Half of ‘MNF’

The Chargers beat the Jets, 27-6, on Monday night in a game that started off with a lot of punts and ended with not a lot of points for Zach Wilson and the home team

The Jets, who had won three straight coming into the game, failed to score in the second half against the Chargers, which left ESPN analyst Troy Aikman tearing them to shreds during the final drive and then later in the postgame show.

Los Angeles Chargers linebacker Khalil Mack pressures New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson during the third quarter at MetLife Stadium.

ESPN’s Aikman and Joe Buck got some subtle shots in at the NFL during the first half, noting that we’ve seen a few Jets games this year that have featured a lot of punts and not a lot of offensive excitement.

The Jets will be back on prime time this coming week when they face the Raiders on Sunday night in Las Vegas. Rejoice!
