The Democrats’ relentlessly negative campaign strategy for winning the midterms may come with a cost in 2024, damaging their prospects for keeping the White House.
“Simply put, if Republicans win on Tuesday, we all lose,” said U.S. Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., in one of many alarmist emails sent out by Democrats on Monday.
“If they take control of Congress, it will be a disaster for the American people,” added a breathless U.S. Rep. Lori Trahan, D-Mass.
