A new year can bring with it the need for a fresh start, with many people using January to make life-changing decisions and do something different. For some, a change of job is among the highest of priorities.
But regardless of what you've done before, it can be hard to enter a new line of work without any relevant experience. The same goes for those right at the beginning of their careers, with young people often falling into a vicious cycle of needing experience to get work and needing work to get experience.
However, while they can be hard to find, there are some employers who are welcoming those who don't have any experience into a variety of different jobs. Get the latest news from across Cardiff sent straight to your inbox by signing up for our free newsletter.
