Arsenal will be looking to strengthen their forward line this summer.
With Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah seemingly set to follow Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang through the exit door when their contracts, there's likely to be enough space for at least two new strikers at the Emirates Stadium.
Plenty of names have been mentioned but one that has begun to crop up in recent days is Atletico Madrid's Joao Felix.
As he's under the age of 25, Felix fits the criteria of Mikel Arteta and Edu's ideal transfer strategy, and his talent is unquestionable.
Nevertheless, as he cost Atletico Madrid €126 million (£113million) in 2019, the La Liga side aren't going to let him leave cheaply, and thus, it's a surprise that reports have surfaced.
With that in mind, football.london has rounded-up all the latest news and rumours linking him with a move to north London.
Liverpool worry
As explained by the Express, Felix was spotted in the Liverpool end at the Carabao Cup final on Sunday (February 27).
The 22-year-old shared pictures of him taken by friend Alex Bukovac on Instagram.
Liverpool went onto win the cup by beating Chelsea 11-10 on penalties and Felix's presence amongst their supporters has reignited rumours that he could be destined to sign for the Merseyside outfit.
Felix 'offered' to Gunners
As per Miguel Delaney, as cited by The Boot Room, Felix has already been 'offered' to Arsenal.
However, the report suggests that Arsenal are not quite as hot on Felix as some might expect, and a move may not materialise as a result of that lack of interest.
Edu urged to make signing
Arsenal fans have urged technical director Edu to try and sign the Atletico star this summer.
The Portuguese youngster showcased his undeniable talent during Wednesday night's [February 23] 1-0 victory over Manchester United in the first leg of their round of 16 UEFA Champions League clash.
The 22-year-old broke the deadlock in the opening exchange with a sublime header that left David de Gea with no chance as a number of Arsenal supporters took to Twitter to heap praise on the talented striker.

Atletico stance
According to journalist Eduardo Inda, Diego Simeone is happy to let the Portuguese go if he can replace him with Valencia’s Goncalo Guedes.
“Joao Félix is a very good player. Arsenal want him,” Inda told El Chiringuito.
“Simeone, if he continues, wants to bring in Guedes. His objective is to change Joao Félix for Guedes.
“The problem Atletico have is that he cost €120m, and getting him back is something that can only be done if he is sold to the Premier League.”

Ronaldo verdict
Arsenal could face a further challenge from Manchester United for Felix's signature, primarily as a result of his desire to play alongside Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo for both club and country.
As cited by Bleacher Report back in 2019, the 22-year-old admitted that he would love for that to happen: "You never know, but playing alongside Cristiano Ronaldo at club level, as well as with the national team, is something which definitely does appeal," he said. "I'd love to play alongside Cristiano at a club, he's a legend."
