IoD Wales has named its Director of the Year award winners.
Announced during a ceremony at ICC Wales in Newport, the winners came from many organisations and sectors across the country.
Joanna Swash, group CEO of Moneypenny, and chief executive of GS Verde Group, Nigel Greenaway, were among the winners.
Former Admiral CEO, David Stevens, also received the Chairman’s Award for Excellent in Director and Board Practice.
IoD Wales chair, Richard Selby said: “Without doubt, David’s success on a global scale with insurance giant Admiral has been phenomenal, but he also demonstrates the selfless, charitable and humble side of being a great leader every day.”
A keynote speech for the event was delivered by the Football Association of Wales’ chief executive Noel Mooney.

Nations manager at IoD Wales, Jo Price said: “We couldn’t have been more pleased to award and publicly recognise our worthy winners. The judging panel had a tough task selecting from the shortlist, but each winner demonstrated exemplary leadership and achievements, despite a challenging few years behind them.
