Does JLab offer free shipping?
JLab does offer free standard shipping, but only on full-priced orders, meaning you'll be charged a small fee if your items are sold at a discount. You can expect your order to ship in 3 - 9 days, then to arrive within 2 - 7 business days of your dispatch date. Expedited and priority shipping are also available for an additional fee if you'd like to receive your goods faster.
Does JLab offer a student discount?
If you're studying or have recently graduated, good news - JLab offers a 20% student discount to help you save on its range. To qualify, you'll need to verify your status by signing in to a valid Student Beans or Beans ID account before heading to the checkout. Once your eligibility has been confirmed, you'll be sent a code to use at the checkout, and you can repeat this process as many times as you like to save (with a limit of one code every 24 hours).
Does JLab offer a warranty?
Yes, your JLab products do include a warranty as standard, but the duration of your warranty will depend on the item you've purchased. For non-Bluetooth earbuds and headphones, your product is covered by a lifetime warranty, whilst Bluetooth devices, speakers and microphones are covered for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Warranties cover you against manufacturer defect (not wear and tear from normal use), entitling you to a free replacement or store credit to buy a replacement should you experience a fault. Be aware that you will need to register your warranty once your product arrives to activate it.
What’s JLab's returns policy?
Should you change your mind, you are entitled to send items back to JLab for a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. However, you will need to cover return shipping costs, arranging return shipping yourself, and opened or used products may not be eligible for a full refund depending on the item and its resultant condition.

JLab runs regular sales throughout the year, with the biggest taking place around key holidays such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, and smaller, product-specific offers appearing throughout the year. Sales can take up to 30% off items or offer discounts for meeting certain spend thresholds (such as 15% off when you spend over $100). Recycle old tech
Got old audio tech lying around that you no longer use? Send it to JLab to be recycled, and the brand will send you a code for 30% off your next order as a thanks for doing your bit for the planet. The brand accepts earbuds, headphones, and speakers from any brand - not just JLab products - and will send you details on how to start the process if you fill out the email form on its site.
Buy a bundle
In the market for multiple products from the JLab range? Look out for the brand's bundles, which sell two or more items together at up to 25% off the price of buying them separately. Bundles can include headphones, earbuds, computer peripherals such as mice and keyboards, and handy accessories, letting you pick up your entire setup in one order.
Get a military discount
Its not just students who can save on their JLab orders - the brand also offers a 15% military discount to current and former members of the US military when they verify with a valid GovX account. Just sign in to confirm your eligibility and be sent your code. This deal is also available for the spouses and dependents of members of the military, first responders including firefighters, law enforcement officers, and emergency medical services, and government employees at a federal, state and local level.
Save on bulk orders
If you're looking to buy a lot of the same JLab products - say if you're sorting equipment for your office or team - you can request a bulk order for 10% off. Most products from the brand's range are available for bulk order if you're ordering more than $250 worth in one go. To place a bulk order, you'll need to provide your name and email address through the dedicated form on the brand's site and a member of the sales team will reach out as soon as they're available. Note that bulk discounts cannot be stacked with other savings.
