While Bucks fans are celebrating the acquisition of Damian Lillard, things aren’t so blissful in Miami.
Heat star Jimmy Butler took to Instagram on Wednesday in the aftermath of the blockbuster trade that sent Lillard from Portland to Milwaukee, and he didn’t appear to be too thrilled.
In a post on his Instagram story, Butler reacted to news of the trade and hilariously suggested that the Bucks were tampering.
“Yo, NBA, man. Y’all need to look into the Bucks for tampering. Y’all do. I’m just gonna put that out there,” said Butler. “Y’all didn’t hear it from me, but I heard it from someone. Look at them for tampering.”

Lillard, of course, had been linked to Miami throughout much of the offseason. The Heat were largely considered the favorite to land the seven-time All-Star after his trade request from the Trail Blazers.
The Bucks emerged seemingly out of nowhere to acquire Lillard, and it appears Butler is not happy with how things played out.
Now, Butler is calling on the league to investigate some potential tampering in Milwaukee, joking that the Bucks must have gone beyond the rules in order to secure a trade for the 33-year-old star point guard.
