I'm A Celebrity champion Jill Scott has penned a heartfelt message to her new legion of fans thanking them for voting for her to be Queen of the Jungle.
The Sunderland star has headed back home from Australia with fiancée Shelly Unitt after celebrating her win with her fellow campmates Down Under. Taking to Instagram for the first time since leaving the jungle, Jill stayed true to her humble nature as she admitted that she was still in disbelief at being crowned.
Posting a series of snaps of her win and pictures with her co-stars, Jill wrote: "Thanks from the bottom of my heart for all the support whilst I was in the jungle! I’m totally overwhelmed and appreciate every single message, vote and just overall kindness!

"I’m still completely in shock and I don’t think Queen of the Jungle will ever sink in!" the star continued. "One thing I do know is I leave with so many great friends and that for me is the biggest win!
"Time to get home shower a few more times and catch up with loved ones. THANK YOU."
Jill also posted a photo of herself on the throne after being crowned the winner of this year's series, with hosts Ant and Dec standing beside her - and put their playful Sunderland-Newcastle rivalry aside to write a sweet message to the pair. "Such an honour, Ant and Dec - just as brilliant in real life," she said.
The Lioness had a lot of love for her fellow campmates too, saying that she was "feeling grateful" as she shared a photo to her Instagram Story of her smiling with I'm A Celeb co-stars Owen Warner, Charlene White, Seann Walsh and Scarlette Douglas. "The strangers that became friends that became family!" she wrote.
Jill's former teammates were among the thousands who were full of praise for the retired Lioness in the comments section, with England stars Beth Mead, Steph Houghton and Carly Telford among the several sporting stars who congratulated Jill on her win. And fans also heaped on glowing comments for the Queen of the Jungle.
"You were an absolute star all the way through and the winner right from the very start," one person wrote. "Your beautiful soul and cracking sense of humour was just what we needed in the UK... well done gal."
Another added: "Jill, you’re such an amazing person so funny and you’re a inspiration to all the young girls out there - you should have your own show, because you have such a great personality and everyone loves you."
