Jill Scott set to invite I'm A Celeb campmates to her wedding despite feud rumours

I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! winner Jill Scott has revealed that she will invite her campmates when she gets married next year.

The England Lioness, 35, admitted she had "no choice" but to invite her co-stars from the popular ITV show when she ties the knot with fiancée Shelly Unitt in 2023.

The former footballer became Queen of the Jungle last month when she pipped Hollyoaks actor Owen Warner to the crown. Former Health Secretary Matt Hancock finished in third place in the Australian rainforest.

Speaking on the One Show on Thursday, Jill was asked about her nuptials and whether campmates will be getting an invite to her big day.

She quickly confirmed: "There will definitely be some extra seats at that dinner table, I think. I'll have to invite the campmates, won't I? I'll have to."

One person who is unlikely to get an invite is former West Suffolk MP Matt Hancock after Jill revealed on Loose Women last week that she hasn't "had a message off him" since returning to the UK.

During her appearance on the ITV daytime show, panelist Janet Street-Porter grilled Jill about her relationship with the former Health Secretary and her opinion of him taking part in the show.

She replied: "I haven’t had a message off him yet."

Jill added: "My knowledge of politics isn’t actually that good so once we got into the jungle and everyone puts the jungle outfits on, we were one team.

"He was going to get the stars, he was feeding us, so I was happy with that."

The topic over their alleged 'feud' came up on her appearance on the One Show as well, while confirming that Mr Hancock is in the I'm A Celeb group chat after he was initially left out after his stint in the jungle.

Jill told hosts Lauren Laverne and Harry Judd: "I keep getting asked this. Everybody is still in it.

"I think for me, I like being part of a team where everyone gets on. Don't waste energy having arguments. Just get them stars, that was my main focus.

"So yeah, everyone's still in the WhatsApp group chat."

It comes after Scarlette Douglas admitted the politician was not a part of the group chat – only to row back and say he had indeed been added.

At the time, she revealed Mike Tindall was the group admin but decided to not add Hancock into the group as he "might be too busy".

However, Scarlette confirmed the news to Lorraine Kelly on her ITV show on Monday morning, leaving Lorraine laughing.

Scarlette said: "He’s now in the WhatsApp group, yes. He was allowed in. He’s in the group, everyone can breathe."
