Jesy Nelson has revealed her twin daughters have been diagnosed with a devastating muscular disease.

In an emotional video posted on Instagram on Sunday, the former Little Mix star explained that after "the most gruelling three or four months" her eight-month-old girls Ocean Jade and Story Monroe have been diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
