Jesy Nelson has shared an emotional moment from her upcoming Amazon Prime documentary, revealing she feels she will be "heartbroken for the rest of my life".

The series, titled Jesy Nelson: Life Changing, follows the 35-year-old as she campaigns to reform UK newborn screening laws. Her efforts stem from her personal experience after her twins, Ocean Jade and Story Monroe, were diagnosed with the rare condition spinal muscular atrophy (SMA).
