Actress and entrepreneur Jessica Alba has recently announced the launch of her own production company, Lady Spitfire. Alongside producer Tracey Nyberg, Alba aims to tell more diverse stories with strong female leads through her new venture.
Inspired by the lack of representation and diversity she encountered when she entered the industry, Alba expressed her excitement and commitment to making it easier for dreams to be realized and potential to be met for women and minorities, particularly within her own community. She believes in redefining how women and minorities show up in the world by telling great stories, and she considers this her passion.
