Jesse Marsch admitted there were pros and cons to Leeds United's 16-day break prior to playing Crystal Palace. The Whites survived a late onslaught to maintain their five game unbeaten run, which also leaves them five points above the relegation zone.
Relegation rivals Everton have a game in hand on the Whites and could move to within two points depending on how results go between now and then. Marsch also claimed he had not seen a Premier League table look so 'lop-sided' so late in the season.
He told LUFC TV: “To be fair to Crystal Palace, they pushed the game, they came at us in a lot of different ways and were able to unbalance us. However, it was a night where we fought and we bent, but we didn’t break, which is the big thing.
