Jesse Lingard took to social media to respond to Nottingham Forest's draw against Chelsea as he watched on from the stands.
The 30-year-old was absent from Forest's match day squad for Sunday's game after he was forced off in the second half of Tuesday night's 3-0 defeat at Manchester United. Lingard is expected to be out of action for a month after suffering a hamstring injury.
Reds boss Steve Cooper said: "Jesse is out for a month. He has a hamstring injury, so it is as simple as that really." The attacker's latest setback has added to Cooper's ever-growing list of injuries which includes Omar Richards, Giulian Biancone, Moussa Niakhate and Cheikhou Kouyate.

Lingard who watched the game at the City Ground, took to Instagram post-match. He wrote: "Well done boys battled hard 2nd half should of deserved more but we take the point and we go again. Congratulations jefe on the goal, Serge Aurier."
The former Manchester United star will miss the next few games for the Reds against Southampton, Blackpool (FA Cup), Wolves (Carabao Cup), Leicester City, Bournemouth and possibly against Leeds United at the start of next month.
