Marvel star Jeremy Renner lost a "serious amount of blood" after a snowplough "accidentally ran over one of his legs" in a horror incident, according to new reports.
The 51-year-old actor was airlifted to hospital after he was left in a "critical but stable condition" on Sunday when the safety feature on his Snow Cat plough reportedly failed and sent it rolling over one of his legs.
Now, it has been reported the Hawkeye star had been ploughing the road close to his family property near the Mt Rose-Ski Tahoe resort near Lake Tahoe, which is approximately 25 miles from Reno, Nevada.
