In an interview published by the Daily Mail on March 5, 2026, Boreing shared details about Owens’ rise in media and the time she worked with his company. Boreing said Candace Owens is one of the most powerful voices in conservative media today. Even though she left The Daily Wire in 2024, he believes her reach and popularity make her very difficult to defeat in the public conversation.
During the interview, Boreing also spoke about a private conversation he once had with Owens. According to him, she told him she wanted to reach the level of fame that television icon Oprah Winfrey achieved.
