Jenny Powell says plenty of beauty sleep is key to her age-defying appearance.
The 54-year-old TV presenter credits "nana naps" and regular exercise classes as the secret behind her enviable figure, as she's often told she and her lookalike daughter could be sisters due to her youthful looks.
The Wheel of Fortune star - who recently admitted she's "smaller now" than she was in her twenties - is considered somewhat of a poster girl for women in their fifties, and often wows her fans on Instagram with sexy bikini snaps which show off her super-toned physique.
"I try to do three to four intensive hot yoga classes a week, and the other thing is sleep," the mum-of-two explains when discussing her fresh-faced look and slender but strong frame.
"I always have a 30 to 45-minute nap during the day. I've taught myself to do that and it's massive," she continues. "I sleep in a different bed, so I don't associate it with my night-time sleep. I'll go into my daughter Polly's bed or the spare room."
"I'll normally have a lie-down around 3pm, and in the winter it's particularly cosy because it's starting to get dark around then. I call it my 'nana nap'," the star adds when chatting with Closer magazine.
Last month, Jenny revealed to the Mirror how she is two dress sizes smaller than she was in her twenties, and admitted regularly drinking boiled bones helps her stay healthy.
"I’m smaller now," she said with a laugh: "And I certainly wasn’t as flexible. At 20 I was just flailing around – hopping on board the latest craze for six weeks."
"It improves my gut health, which leads to improvements in my fitness," the TV star added when speaking of the bone broth which helps her keep in shape.
Jenny often poses for snaps alongside her 21-year-old daughter Connie, who bears an uncanny resemblance to her famous mother and shares her striking good looks.
Speaking earlier this week, Jenny revealed how her stunning daughter allegedly caught the eye of Love Island bosses this year, who were apparently keen to speak to the artist and student about potentially appearing on the ITV2 dating show.
"After I appeared on Loose Women with my eldest daughter Connie, Love Island producers got in touch and asked her if she’d be interested in going on the show. She is gorgeous, so I left it to her," Jenny explained to The Sun.
She went on to reveal how Connie would "never do it" as she is currently loved-up with her boyfriend and is focused on her studies as she completes a History of Art Degree at UCL.
Jenny shares Connie and younger sister Pollyanna, 13, with her ex-husband Toby Baxendell, who she parted ways with in 2009.
