Jennifer Love Hewitt was "very scared" to film a post-partum storyline shortly after giving birth.
The 45-year-old actress - who tied the knot with Brian Hallisay 2013 and went on to have Autumn, 10, Atticus, nine as well as three-year-old Aidan with him - stars as Maddie Han on the drama series '9-1-1' and was still pregnant with her youngest when her alter ego began experiencing symptoms of depression after giving birth on the show.
