Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Garner are set to take their friendship to the next level as reports suggest they'll swap Christmas presents.
While for some, just being amicable with your partner's ex will suffice, for the two Jennifers it appears as though they are forming a true friendship.
The duo have often praised each other in public to help their blended family following J-Lo's marriage to Jennifer's ex, Ben Affleck.
Jenny from the Block, 53, married Ben, 50, earlier this year and has been getting closer to the mum of his three kids.
And now, according to a source close to the singer, the pair are planning to exchange gifts this festive period, such is the strength of their newfound friendship.
An insider told HollywoodLife : "They’ll be exchanging gifts this year for Christmas, they’ve got a great rapport. There’s a real mutual respect and appreciation because of the kids. They are so happy and that just makes everything work."
J-Lo is mum to twins Max and Emma, 14, who she shares with her ex Marc Antony, while Jennifer and Ben share Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13, and son Sam, 10.
And another insider echoed the sentiment, claiming: "J-Lo is so thankful that her friendship with Jen has come leaps and bounds over the past several months.
"They had been growing closer since she and Ben reunited their romance, but J-Lo and Jen’s friendship is definitely deepening."
The insider explained her the Let's Get Loud singer is "grateful" at how well the duo are getting along.
Last week J-Lo revealed the hidden message that is engraved on her engagement ring. She opened up on the sweet gesture her husband did by engraving her ring with the words "Not. Going. Anywhere."
She said they had started using the phrase after they rekindled their romance almost two decades after their first engagement.
"That's how he would sign his emails when we started talking again. Like, 'Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere'," Jennifer shared during an interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe.
It's a phrase which has now also been used by the singer as a title for a song on her upcoming album titled This Is Me... Now. The new tunes are set to be released in 2023.
