Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck to move into £34m mansion as they brush off Grammys spat

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are set to splash out a huge $34.5million on their dream home after finally finding the property they have been searching for.

The Hollywood A-List couple have been hunting for their dream home and have now set their sights on a sprawling mansion in the Pacific Palisades area of L.A.

The prestigious location is part of an elite neighbourhood where only the richest in society can afford to live.

Jen and Ben have reportedly now entered escrow for the luxurious property according to TMZ.

The residence is listed for sale at an impressive $34,500,000 and while the actual price the couple have offered for the house isn't clear it's likely to be pretty close to the mark.

The accommodation itself was built last year and is described as a 'Hamptons style' traditional home with 7 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.

The residence also has an acre of land attached and features a built-in gym, wine cellar, pool, a screening room and a health spa.

Jennifer has already put her $42.5million Bel Air property - which they were originally planning to renovate and live in - up for sale.

The couple - who recently caused a stir when they appeared to be arguing during the Grammy Awards - have reportedly viewed properties valued as high as $85million before settling on this one.

Fans were convinced that the pair had a falling out at the 65th Grammy Awards in LA on Sunday (February 5) after a camera caught the moment Jennifer appeared to snap.

Upon realising the camera was watching them, the couple tried to compose themselves and turn to comedian host Trevor Noah.

Images of Ben's 'bored' and 'disinterested' face then became a viral sensation, with pictures of the actor being shared far and wide across social media.

Jennifer subsequently hit out at those criticising Ben, as she shared the trailer for his new movie with a cheeky addition calling out his "happy face" at the beginning of his new film promo.

The cheeky dig at the viral meme came after the morning after the Grammy's Jennifer tried to brush off the alleged heated exchange by sharing a cute snap with Ben on Instagram and writing: "Always the best time with my love, my husband."

However, eagle eyed critics have rewatched the clip of their argument where Jennifer can be seen pulling back after Ben whispers into her ear, and have labelled it as a 'red flag' moment for the couple.

The couple married last year in July after rekindling their romance, which had previously ended in 2004.

In April 2022, Ben proposed again with the couple marrying in a legal ceremony in July 2022 in Las Vegas before throwing a lavish celebration at Ben's sprawling Georgia mansion.
